DU BU GONG BANG was built to feel both contemporary and timeless. The space combines modern Korean aesthetics with the warmth of everyday hospitality, creating an environment centered around comfort and shared experience. Our menu reflects the same philosophy through handcrafted dishes prepared fresh daily with honest ingredients and balanced flavors. More than a restaurant, we wanted to create a calm gathering place where craftsmanship, tradition, and modern dining could exist naturally together.
We strictly use 100% Non-GMO, organic soybeans sourced from the pristine fields of Danyang and Jeju Island, Korea. It is the pure foundation of our taste.
Our day begins at 7 AM. We grind, boil, and press our tofu fresh every single morning to ensure a silky texture and deep, nutty flavor you won't find anywhere else.
